| Marcus Gillezeau
Filmmaker Marcus Gillezeau is the principal partner in Firelight Productions who specialise in allmedia drama and documentary production. He has delivered more than 30 hours of prime time television to all the major networks including ABC, SBS, Ch9, Ch7, Discovery Channel and National Geographic. Most recently he won the International Digital Emmy® Award for the all-media drama ‘Scorched’. He is a specialist in cross-platform production and digital technologies. He works with his wife and filmmaking partner Ellenor Cox. Marcus is a specialist in digital production technologies and is able to write, direct, shoot and edit his films. In 2004 Marcus wrote the critically acclaimed book ‘Hands On – A practical guide to production and technology in Film, TV and New Media’. He was the NSW Chapter Head at the Screen Producers’ Association of Australia for 4 years, and is the President of Metro Screen. He has lectured at numerous institutions including the AFTRS, and is a regular contributor to industry magazines. Marcus has a Masters in Media Arts Production from UTS. |

Ellenor Cox
Ellenor Cox is an innovator of all-media screen content creation with specialised experience in financing and producing cross-platform delivery projects. She is a storyteller, generator of creative ideas and co-director of Firelight Productions. Over the past 13 years Ellenor has produced over 30 hours of prime time and multi-award winning factual, reality and drama projects which have screened across the globe winning several prestigious domestic and international awards. Most recently she co-conceived and co-produced the all-media drama project ‘Scorched’ which secured the 2009 International Digital Emmy for Best Fiction. Her current slate includes Storm Surfers the big wave surfing series for Discovery Channel, a feature film about the 1998 fatal Sydney to Hobart yacht race and Innocent a who-dunnit all media drama series. Ellenor is a founding board member of Darlinghurst Theatre and also sits on the board of the NGO Marie Stopes International Asia. She has been a panellist and speaker at a number of major film industry conferences, has judged a number of high profile film competitions and been a project assessor for the NSW FTO. |

Emma Morris Emma has worked for Firelight as their Multiplatform Producer since the beginning of 2010. During this period she has worked on several projects including the worldwide adventure documentary, Storm Surfers. Emma produced the new interactive website and the Storm Surfers iPhone and iPad applications as well as managing the production of expandable microsites distributed across 180 publishers. Emma has a diverse background as an all Media Producer, with a BA in Multimedia, Honors in Radio Broadcasting & an Adv. Diploma in Multiplatform Producing. In 2009 Emma worked on the APY (Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara) Lands in South Australia where she ran PY Media and trained adults in broadcasting, digital media and film production. Emma has also worked as a Digital Producer for the White Agency where she worked on award winning projects for Bigpond, Coke and Jaguar. Emma’s digital skills and advertising values are beneficial principles to apply to the screen industry. Emma strives to create emerging and innovative ways to tell Australian stories. |
