Sascha Ettinger
Notorious for her penchant for the underbelly, Sascha Ettinger is a writer and fledgling director dedicated to guerilla documentary making. Since she finds reality momentously stranger than fiction, inspiration for new projects is always forthcoming. Between films she writes features for Studio Magazines, tutors humanities at the University of Technology, Sydney, and is infamous in the underground as editor of Extreme Ettiquette. She spends her leisure time at CityGym or dancing to early Madonna.

Renata Schuman
Renata Schuman is a chameleon. She is at home with people from all walks of life- a skill that helps her in her work as a producer/director. With a focus on documentary, Renata has directed segments for the popular BBC series, Backpack TV, about the adventures of travelers in Australia. Producing and directing and arts documentary for SBS's Global Village, she has also produced Painting with Light in a Dark World for this award winning channel. Renata has also directed a series of award winning short films, and spends her spare time working as an actress/presenter.

Ellenor Cox

Ellenor Cox is a principal partner in Firelight productions. Firelight was formed in 1997 and specialises in informative adventure and social political documentary production for international television. In 1997 she produced the documentary 'Our place' for channel 10 australia. In 1998 she was a co-producer on the highly successful series 'Afrika - cape town to cairo' for abc tv, national geographic USA and channel 4 UK. The series has subsequently sold to eight other overseas countries. with the soundtrack album being released in both the UK and Australia. In 1999 she began production on the series 'indo - aceh to irian'. In 2000 she produced 'little dove big voyage', a one hour tall ship documentary on the secret discovery of australia by the dutch in 1606. 'little dove big voyage' was financed by the ffc, channel 7 aust, avro holland, zdf germany and granada media international. For delivery in 2001 she is also producing a four part series 'dreamtime to dance' for abc tv and the aboriginal people's television network in Canada and a one-hour documentary 'breaking bows and arrows' for SBS TV.

Marcus Gillezeau
Marcus began his career as an editor before moving into producing and now directing. He is a specialist in digital production technologies and applications. Best known for the adventure series 'Afrika - Cape Town to Cairo' produced for ABC TV and National Geographic. Most recently he directed 'Little Dove - Big Voyage', a fully convergent documentary project. In 1997 he published 'Hands On - New Technology in Documentary Making' for the AFC and has taught and spoken at numerous conferences and institutions. He has just completed his Masters on convergent production and has been a principal partner in Firelight Productions for the past three years. Currently he is producing for ABC Digital Youth TV.

Mark Bliss

Mark Bliss is an award winning cinematographer with a long list of credits including five feature films, countless music videos and commercials, short films and documentaries. With strong technical and artistic background Mark creates haunting images with strong compositions and lighting. Awards include the Australian Cinematographers Society silver award for a non feature length drama, best cinematography at Buzz Film Festival.
